Comfort around the heel and toes is more important than super fancy design. Jewelry is another category where quality can be very different from photos. Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying.

I do not trust only the star rating, I like to see detailed photos and longer comments. Of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress. I have learned to avoid items that look extremely different in every product photo. When I test a new shop I usually start with one or two items instead of a huge order. Reading comments with real body photos is one of the best ways to check sizing. Even a short note like 鈥渢his size runs smaller than expected鈥?can help someone.
